Hello, I'm Christina Haid.
In 2009 I started my apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant at former Presse Keppel. After my apprenticeship I changed to our subsidiary company formerly ztv Logistik in 2012.
For 7 years now, I have been responsible in the logistics control centre for transport with a focus on groupage freight and transport invoicing.
In addition, I am responsible for the daily disposition of food deliveries, from online orders, for our customer of a large supermarket chain. These foodstuffs are delivered to the end consumer in special cool boxes within a time window of two hours.
A large part of my work is the weekly monitoring of the tours for our client WestLotto, especially the creation of the driving sequences, their adjustments or changes. I am the first point of contact for the transport companies and supervise them.
I plan, track and monitor deliveries in our delivery area, schedule additional orders into the tours on a daily basis and organise special trips. I take special care that our tours are planned as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible and that the CO² emission is kept as low as possible by using the tours to capacity and avoiding subsequent deliveries. According to our environmental management standard EN ISO 14001:2015.
All customer requests come to me. I am in close contact with our customers every day. For the drivers and customers I am the direct contact person in case of problems or complaints during the delivery (wrong address information, date changes etc.)
